And they both have the cute poppy license plates, too! Hmm...
OK, this is some weird cult you've found. That's all there is to it. No one loves fudge enough to warrant license plates emblazoned with such a statement.

I just learned there is a Harry Potter character named "Cornelius Fudge."
So maybe these belong to some HP fans?
I thought of that, but he's not a very likable character, so I don't know why you would show him any love.
I really hope they just mean the chocolate ...
